HOOVER HIGH SCHOOL BAND FORMAL ORDERING INFORMATION 

Recently, Time Capsule Images took formal photos of the Hoover High School Band Members in 2 -3 different poses.  Those pictures are available in a number of standard and specialty items and packages (click here for flyer) .  A portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the band program.

To place an order, please print a copy of the order form (click here to access form) and mail it with payment to the address on the form.  You can also send the forms to Mr. Carroll or bring them to us at the Band Banquet on May 5, 2008.  We will be in the lobby area before and after the banquet.

This is a “zero-effort” fundraiser for the Hoover Band, so we encourage everyone to participate and consider purchasing at least Package 1.
