Makeup Photo Day for Individual photos will be Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 9:00 - 10:00 am. We will take the players first come first serve. If you need a specific time, please email us at barry@timecapsuleimages.com.
Players will receive copies of the order form on Saturday, March 28, 2009. Coaches will have the forms to pass out at the games. Please fill out the forms completely and have your child bring the form and payment to their check-in. We will collect the payment and confirm the order at that time.
VHGSA is providing each player with an 8x10 Digital Memory Mate and 4 Wallets. Each team will receive 2 complimentary team 5x7s for their coaches along with 1 sponsor plaque.
In order to accommodate game schedules, batting cage times and to make sure all teams are photographed before playing their games, we will be staying on schedule. Each team is scheduled to check in 10 minutes prior to their session time and then will have 15 minutes to complete Individual and Team Photos. We will not be able to wait for players who are not there on time, so please make every effort to get your child to the ballpark for the check in.
